Junior Operational Risk Analyst

The Role

We invite individuals with a keen interest in understanding business processes, IT failures, people risk, and effects of external events on business continuity to join us as Junior Operational Risk Analysts assigned to one of our Subject-Matter-Specialists (SMEs).

You should be able to identify warning signs from available information and be able to translate and write meaningful, concise, and easily understandable risk statements in English. Each statement would be reviewed by your SME and accordingly challenged to ensure quality of work. Your SME will be your mentor, trainer and guide and will be responsible for your growth in this field.

This assignment requires you to possess substantial creativity, a methodical mind, positive questioning skills, positive attitude and most of all the perseverance to dig deeper for answers.

You should be at minimum a graduate with some experience with a financial institution or alternately pursuing a post graduate degree in a financial, accounting, business or risk management discipline.

The Training

The Institute specializes in this methodology and will provide requisite training to candidates with potential for growth.

Candidates would initially be based in their home countries with possible international assignments based on growth prospects.

All our employees are provided with experience certificates for the duration of service at the Institute.
